LEADERSHIP TRAINING
His Commands
It is our focus to bring the teachings of Jesus Christ into the workings of the marketplace as the most relevant model to embrace, implement and duplicate. Many are longing to find the teachings that really work and that will assure them the hope and peace they seek. The people will not be led out unless there are leaders with sound foundations to lead them, encourage them, train them, protect them and guide them. We need strong and bold leaders in Christ ruling the nations until He returns.

EVANGELISM SUPPORT
His Commission
We also believe that all God's people are called to participate in the great commission, to go into all the world and preach the good news gospel to all peoples, calling them to obey all His teachings. Many are being trained and are rising to the call, but the vast majority need support in the commission they have accepted, but the body of Christ has not yet awakened to this need, they are not only not going, they are not sending. We feel called to increase and supply that infrastructure that will empower those called to focus on their calling and preach the Word of God without worry, anxiety or encumbrance.

RELIEF & DEVELOPMENT
His Glory
Finally we believe that all God's people are called to bless others less fortunate than themselves. Jesus said He is glorified each and every time we reflect the truth and the light that He has imparted into us. We are called to let the world see the priorities of the God we serve, we do that when we obey, when we release into those who depend upon our management of the resources we have been blessed with, Jesus is glorified when we release as He calls us to, and even more so when we release with the joy He has given us to shed through all the world to all the nations. We will focus our relief and development efforts on the needs of Widows, Orphans and Women who are disadvantaged, calling this fertile soil to plant seed. This is "abuildersheart".

We are called all throughout scripture to show the compassion of Christ and this is what "businessesinChrist" is all about... the two great commandments.

Matthew 22:37-39 "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' NIV

John 14:15 If you love me, you will obey what I command. NIV 

Matthew 25:35-36 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' NIV

It is very clear the call we have... we believe that all God's people are called into a holy priesthood, called to shed the light of Jesus Christ. This means we are all leaders as we bloom where we are planted, influencers in every walk of life and with a neglected importance of the light we shed in the marketplace, as this is where we spend the vast majority of our time interacting either as owners, employees, vendors or customers.
