Relief and Development

Feed people fish or teach them to fish, fish or fishing pole, this has always been the challenge, most communities are restricted from moving forward out of poverty by the economic dependency living they are bound up in, and are now praying for someone to help them break this chain of bondage. Someone who has been blessed who cares enough to release into his brothers needs, motivated by the compassion of Christ! Motivated to release his or her time, talent and treasure.

"businessesinChrist" will focus on strategic modeling by partnering with other organizations, supplying micro-loans, training, inventory, equipment and marketing to accelerate the elimination of economic dependency living in key gateway communities, establishing a model and practice that can be duplicated and imbedded into the rest of the nation, freeing them to stand on their own, developing self esteem, teaching extended skill sets, and building support networks that contribute and continue the community building process. This is the love of Jesus Christ that we want to reflect in all we do, this is His compassion expressed in us through releasing to those we are called to love, our neighbor.

These communities can become beacons for the love and light of Christ in an otherwise dark desert region, duplicating what they have learned with communities praying for the light that is an abundant life in Christ to find them.

The first community segment we will work with will be widows, orphans and disadvantaged women. We feel this is a great starting point to gain credibility in the communities.

We have already Identified Gateways in Africa along with the Gatekeepers that we will pour into as the first receiving Gateways
